TRAVEL INFORMATION - GETTING TO ZAKOPANE

Bus ride by organizers

The organizers arrange transportation from Kraków to Zakopane which will pick up the participants on Sunday, 8^th June 2008. One bus will wait on the Central Railway Station and the second will wait in front of the Main Library of AGH UST. The departure time is at 12:15. Everyone who would like to go by bus is kindly asked to contact the organizers before 23^th may 2008 and let us know the time of his arrival to Kraków.

CONFERENCE PROGRAMME

The Conference begins on Sunday, June 8-th at 4 p.m. in Belvedere Hotel, in Zakopane. After Registration (starts at 2 p.m.), the Opening Ceremony (starts at 4 p.m.), 1^st Plenary Session and Welcome Reception are planned for the Sunday afternoon. The detailed Conference Programme will be announced in April. The organizers will arrange the bus from Krakow to Zakopane on Sunday, June 8^th, as well as from Zakopane to Krakow after the Conference, on Wednesday, June 11^th (information concerning bus transportation will be announced later).

POSTER PREPARATION

Posters will be presented in posters sessions.
Maximum poster size: width = 75 cm, height = 110 cm
/B1 (ISO) - 70,7 x 100 cm size is recommended/.

ORAL PRESENTATION

Presentations can be brought on CDs or Flash Discs (Pendrives). Lecturer can use his own notebook. Presentations can be tested well before the lecture in the corresponding lecture room.
Time for oral presentation is limited to 15 min.
